There are a number of reasons why an order may be cancelled, Sometimes its because our inventory wasn't correct and we actually didn't have the stock. Or, sometimes we think that the items don't meet the standards that we wish to uphold. 

Whenever we cancel and order in full we refund the entire order and when its just a part of the order we refund that amount. The payment will be made back to the original form of payment and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
